Information about refunds

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of items are excluded from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. In addition, we do not accept returns of intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

Other items where returns are excluded:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care products

For returns, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
You may not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (where applicable):
* Books with obvious signs of use
* Open CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original card or payment method within a number of days.

Delayed or pending refund (where applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially registered.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time involved in registering a refund.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only full price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for sale items.



Exchanges (where applicable)
We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange for the same item, please email us at [EMAIL] and send the item to the following address: Via A.G. Alaimo 145 Alessandria 15020 Villa Del Foro AG Italy.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit note for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped personally, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping

You will be charged for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will not be included in the refund.

The delivery time for the replacement product may vary depending on the country you live in.

If you need to ship an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or insurance.
